Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Alongside gaining experience in the kitchen and obtaining a Commis Chef Level 2 qualification, throughout your apprenticeship you will have: A mixture of face to face and virtual catch ups with your learning coach every 4 - 6 weeks. A mixture of on and off the job training, including visiting the Chef Academy to learn how to prepare Game, Fish & Shellfish, Bread, Pastry and Vegetables. Feedback sessions to discuss progress. Obtain Functional Skills in English and maths (if you don't already have GCSE or equivalents). Where you'll work Duke William Hotel 40-44 Bailgate Lincoln LN1 3AP

Required Skills & Qualification

Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English Language (grade 4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
