To help provide at all times with paramount importance a safe and secure environment To help provide a positive environment helping to offer appropriate opportunity for children to develop and learn through a choice of well-planned activities To be able to work well within a team and be able to follow training programmes and carry out tasks using your own initiative Lead activities and/or assist in activities led by another staff member Nappy changing and toilet training Feeding To communicate in an effective and professional way ensuring all messages and concerns are discussed with your room leader/manager To attend training days to help support your course work and to ensure that you keep up to date with any course work
