Attention to detail. Good timekeeping. Neat, Tidy & Methodical. Ability to work under pressure. Ability to follow instructions. Working alongside the Master Gardeners in private gardens and learning from more experienced team members Working alongside on occasion the landscape teams and learning the skills and gaining the experience in all facets of landscape installation. The training you will be getting Apprenticeship Standard: Level 2 Horticulture/Landscape Operative Mandatory Qualifications (e.g. First Aid): Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work Level 2 Award in Safe Use of Pesticides Level 2 Award in the Safe Application of Pesticide Using Hand Held Equipment Structure of college delivery (e.g. day or block release): Block release What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship Apprentices may progress to complete the Level 3 Horticulture and Landscape Supervisor apprenticeship with the College.
