Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity to become an apprentice plumbing & heating engineer. Assisting engineers on a daily basis with plumbing, servicing, breakdowns, boiler installations and heating installations.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work The apprentice will be working towards the Level 3 Plumbing & Domestic Heating Technician Apprenticeship Standard for a duration of 48 months. College attendance will be at the Colchester Institute (Colchester Campus) one day per week during term time. Qualifications; Diploma in plumbing and domestic heating (for all apprentices) Nationally Accredited Certification Scheme for Gas Fitting Operatives (ACS) Assessments CCN1 and CENWAT (to be completed by apprentices following the domestic gas fired hot water heating appliances option) Where you'll work 28 Anson Road Martlesham Heath Ipswich Suffolk IP5 3RG

Essential qualifications GCSE in: maths and English (grade 4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
