You will be working alongside professional Early Years Educators, within the setting while you gain workplace experience of supporting the care and development of young children. You will be learning how to provide safe, high quality care for children, meeting the individual needs of each child and supporting their development.
Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Support to achieve knowledge, skills and behaviours as laid out in the apprenticeship standard Support from an experienced assessor to assess work and practice Individual learning programme tailored to own needs E-learning, training and monthly tutorials specific to your apprenticeship Mentor and support in the workplace A minimum of 6 hours per week during paid time to be used for learning and development opportunities English and maths Functional Skills at Level 2 (if required) Support to achieve End Point Assessment At the end of the apprenticeship, you will obtain the Early Years Educator Level 3 apprenticeship Where you'll work 28-30 Priory Road Dunstable UK LU5 4HR
Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: Maths and English (grade 4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
