Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work HR Support Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard: Training will take place via South Hampshire Colleges group and will be delivered primarily onsite at Elliotts Southampton Head Office At times you will be expected to attend college (Fareham) or Southampton City or Eastleigh for master classes, workshops and initial induction (typically once every 6 weeks) Completion of the HR support level 3 will entitle you to become affiliated to CIPD https://www.eastleigh.ac.uk/careers/human-resources-(hr)/course-listing/hr-support-level-3-apprenticeship-standard-apprenticeship/ Where you'll work Millbank Wharf Northam Southampton SO14 5AG
