Formed in 1967, Chess Plastics manufactures a wide range of high quality plastic components that are used in car and truck assembly, construction, leisure, brewery, DIY and electronic markets. We have 20 plastic injection moulding machines, ranging from 500Tonne to 1300Tonne, in our 50,000 sq feet Droitwich factory & warehouse. Most of the machines are fitted with robotic arms and conveyor belts to increase efficiency, and we operate 24 hours a day. Components are produced, assembled, finished and packaged as required within our BSI / ISO quality system for delivery to our UK customers.
