Job Description

The purpose of the building services HVAC engineer role is to maintain the buildings systems as scheduled by a Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) system. Thus ensuring optimum performance, building compliance, which adheres to health and safety.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work This apprenticeship is delivered as a day release at our campus in Stratford You will be required to attend college once a week Level 3 Building Services Engineering Service and Maintenance Engineer Behavior, Skills and Knowledge Where you'll work Cambridge Maintenance Services Ltd, Si One, Parsons Green St. Ives PE27 4AA

Essential qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English (grade 4) Maths (grade 4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
