Job Description

Two apprentice engineers required to work in the maintenance department, working with electrical, electronics, PLC, hydraulics, pneumatics, welding and general mechanical engineering. Duties will include planned preventative maintenance, servicing and inspection of plant, attending breakdowns, fault diagnosis and repairs.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work This is a level 3 Engineering Technician apprenticeship (Mechatronics pathway) delivered over a period of four years You will be required to attend the training centre, In-Comm Training Services in Aldridge WS9 8UG, part time for the first 2 months, years 3 and 4 - four days per week at the company and one day at the training centre Where you'll work Western Way Wednesbury WS10 7BW

Required Skills & Qualification

Essential qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: Maths, English and Science (grade 5 minimum) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
