VQ Solutions are looking personable, empathetic individual to join the team at Stockwell Surgery as a Medical Receptionist. Your role will include delivering excellent customer service to patients and providing general assistance to the Practice team.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. We are a 4 partner GP practice based in the heart of the historic market town of Knaresborough. We pride ourselves on team work and are fortunate to have new directly bookable services including physio and pharmacist appointments that you can arrange without speaking with a GP. Our reception team is here to help signpost you to the most appropriate service. Please give them as much information as possible so they can help you. All these additional roles work closely with and receive advice from the GPs.
