A New Business Apprentice will be responsible for engaging with prospective customers and representing the company. You will be building relationships with prospective clients within the various business sectors through outbound calling and lead generation. The successful candidate will become knowledgeable.
Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Throughout this Level 4 Sales Executive apprenticeship, learners will acquire skills in how to sell a specific product line or service, either to business to business or business to consumer markets. Learners will also learn how to plan sales activities, lead the end-to-end sales interaction with the customer and manage their sales externally within their organisation. Sales executives are also responsible for retaining and growing several existing customer accounts and generating new business by contacting prospective customers, qualifying opportunities and bringing the sales process to a mutually acceptable close. Sales Executives operate in operations of all sizes across all sectors and markets, including Technology, Media, Fast Moving Consumer Goods, recruitment and much more.
