Issuing and managing PPE requests ensuring we have stock across the depots• Actioning preferred supplier checks, customer requests for information in a timely manner• Dealing with various other departments on a day-to day basis• Carrying out minutes to meetings• Collate and track all depots audits, checks and ensure they are logged on the system.• Undertake all aspects of administration, from booking training and chasing certificates, tologging reports.• Booking goods into system• Learning key functions across various departments including purchasing and H&S

Training and Qualification

Business Administrator Level 3 standard Mentor support in the workplace Workshop sessions at Telford College Assigned assessor to support throughout apprenticeship

Required Skills & Qualification

Communication skills, IT skills, Attention to detail

GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4 / C) DesiredGCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4 / C) Desired
