Job Description

Our apprenticeship gives people of all ages a chance to start an exciting career, while earning a full-time wage. Duties include - booking customers in for eye tests, pre-screening, recommending suitable frames. We are looking for individuals who are enthusiastic about providing great customer service and would like to pursue a career in optics.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Level 3 Optical Assistant Apprenticeship Standard qualification End-Point Assessment (EPA) Full-time 5 out of 7 days - including weekend working Daily on-the-job training in store - no college to attend Training provider - Specsavers Optical Superstores Limited Where you'll work 5 Bowen Square Daventry NN11 4DR

Required Skills & Qualification

Essential qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: Maths (grade 9-4 (A*-C)) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know.
