Job Description

The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for working closely with the Payroll Manager for the UKI ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time and processing of the salaries and benefits for all employees within the Harvey Nash organisation, in compliance with all relevant tax regulations and requirements.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Payroll administrator Level 3. A 100% tailored training and assessment program will be delivered to support you throughout your Apprenticeship, (21 months including endpoint assessment) topics covered include: Business and Customer Awareness Payroll Core Pensions Technical Payroll Regulations and Compliance Systems and Processes Planning and PrioritisationAnalysis skills Using Systems and Processes Producing Quality and Accurate Information and Reports You may need to complete level 2 Maths and English Functional skills (if you cannot evidence prior grades) Where you'll work 2640 Kings Court, The Crescent, Birmingham Business Park, Birmingham B37 7YN

Required Skills & Qualification

Essential qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: Maths and English (grade 4/C or above) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
