Job Description

We are large plumbing company who specialise in the plumbing and heating installation on new build housing developments. We are fully aware of the skills you will need to learn and are committed to ensuring that any new apprentices are given the correct training and experience to ensure a high level of understanding within our industry.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work The apprentice will work towards attaining the Plumbing and Domestic Heating Technician Apprenticeship with one day a week training at Weymouth College. Required Skills & Qualification

Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English (grade 4) Maths (grade 4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know. Skills Communication skills Attention to detail Organisation skills Customer care skills Problem solving skills Logical Team working Initiative Non judgemental Patience Physical fitness Other You MUST be prepared to commit to your work and training for the duration of the apprenticeship. You will be required to attend an interview and assessment at Weymouth College prior to your application being passed on.
