Job Description

A production chef operates as the assistant to a sous chef. This means that as much responsibility as the sous chef has, the production chef shares in it. The production chef is responsible for the majority of duties and responsibilities of the sous chef, such as inventory, cleanliness, and food preparation.

Training and Qualification

Gain Level 2 Production Chef Training based onsite at Wellington (Telford) Venue Rota based shift patterns, flexible to personal commitments
