Ashford Wright work within general building and maintenance company with plumbing and heating division. Based East of Ipswich in Levington. We undertake all sizes of projects from repairs to large tender contracts. They are currently looking for a Property Maintenance Operative apprentice to join their team.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work The learner will be studying the Property Maintenance Operative Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard qualification. Day release to West Suffolk College Where you'll work Ashford Wright Ltd, Unit A1, Walk Farm, Felixstowe Road, Levington Ipswich IP10 0LR

Required Skills & Qualification

Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: Maths and English (grade 4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have. They can adjust the apprenticeship to reflect what you already know. Skills Communication skills Initiative Team working Other Our working day starts at 7:30am and the successful candidate will need to attend the Office or Site as instructed each day. The role may be physically demanding and the candidate may be working outside as well as inside. The ability to travel to various locations is a must.
