Job Description

Manage our backlog of Purchase Orders and ensure payments are being processed efficiently Provide support to the Sales department with queries around stock Process orders and manage through to completion Monitor and manage Service Level Agreements Monitor Supplier performance Maintain and update accurate due dates for delivery of products into our warehouses Liaise with Vendors for special bid pricing and manage internal process Work closely with Product Managers to ensure availability and stock levels Oversee inbound movement of goods from suppliers Organise inbound shipment of goods Resolution of warehouse dispute notices Communicate with and support sales team The training you will be getting Business Administration Level 3 qualification 20% off the job training within the office or at home What to expect at the end of your apprenticeship Working within the Purchasing department, once qualified you would have the experience to work as an Assistant Buyer, progressing to Buyer over time.
