Job Description

We're looking for someone to deliver operational support that delights our clients and provides a first-class roofing maintenance service. You are pivotal to the successful delivery of maintenance and reactive services, driving efficiencies through utilization of our engineering teams and meeting client SLA requirements.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work You will work towards a Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship. You will have a dedicated industry expert to guide and coach you through components of your programme and you'll experience a range of different learning opportunities including: Online learning and face to face training with Learn Plus Us' Apprenticeship Trainers. Meetings with your dedicated trainee. E-learning. Interactive online workshops. Self-guided research. On-the-job instructions. Peer-to-peer mentoring. Personal development planning. Manager progress reviews. First aid qualification. English and maths qualifications form a mandatory part of all apprenticeships and must be completed before an apprentice can pass through gateway. Desirable qualifications GCSE or equivalent in: English and Maths (grade 4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
