Going on a site visit to a property in the morning Coming into the office and preparing the drawings for a project using AutoCAD Sitting down with the team to discuss design changes/ideas In the afternoon, having a workload meeting to run through resources / project timelines Continue drawing up the project, developing the design with the engineers Preparing and sending some emails out to clients Completing your timesheet and preparing for the next working day

Training and Qualification

Apprentice Engineers will study Civil Engineering undergraduate degree, over a five-year period, on a day release program with London Southbank University (LSBU) This degree apprenticeship offers a cost-free route to professional qualification, combining undergraduate education with on-the-job training At the end of your university course, you will receive a degree apprenticeship, with BEng (hons). Also, the apprentice will have the opportunity to continue working at the company to further their career and also help other apprentices Blue Engineering have won awards for its Apprenticeship Programme.
