This is a fantastic opportunity for you to start your career as a teaching assistant, gaining experience in supporting our teachers and in supporting our pupils with a range of learning needs to achieve their goals and targets, whilst working towards your level 3 qualification. This is also a great stepping-stone into other careers.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work The apprentice will work towards the Level 3 Teaching Assistant standard which includes the Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning. There will be half a day a month, group, remote, tutor led training and a monthly 1-1 training and review meetings alongside workplace training observations.
