As well as working alongside the Customer Engagement team in training you will also work with the marketing team supporting the administration of various projects and day to day tasks. What you™ll be doing: This role presents a great opportunity to work in a team and gain experience. It would be best if you were happy to get stuck in any task and suggest new ideas. It is therefore possible to grow with the role, but to start with you will be undertaking the following tasks: Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and webinars Assist with event management Send emails using MailChimp Update mailing lists Schedule training activities and ensure all parties have dates planned in their diaries Monitor and respond to e-mail and telephone queries and general training queries, raising concerns to the manager when required. Organise training materials and resources Experience in using MailChimp and/or HubSpot is an advantage but not a necessity.
