Job Description

Communication: You will be the first and main point of contact in the school office, where you will meet/greet and welcome visitors to the school. In addition, you will be the primary responsible person for incoming calls, and emails, forwarding them as necessary to the relevant person. Safeguarding: You will uphold the standards of safeguarding including the oversight of visitors entering the school. Attendance: Each morning you will be responsible for attendance, ensuring that pupils’ attendance is logged accurately including late marks and reasons for absence. Communicating with parents where necessary. Data Input: You will create, update and manage pupil records as appropriate Administration: Provide support to the Finance & Admin Assistant, and School Business Manager or Senior Leadership Team with any other administrative tasks to meet the needs of the school.
