Job Description

As a Customer Service apprentice at BSP Motor Vehicles you will be responsible for assisting with customer needs and completing administrative duties while working towards a level 2 qualification.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work Level 2 Customer Services apprenticeship standard, which includes: Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) End-Point Assessment (EPA) Minimum of 20% off the job training Where you'll work Unit 2 2A Arundel Street Derby DE22 3PG

Required Skills & Qualification
