A great opportunity to develop IT skills and experience. The IT Apprentice will assist with technical support in response to telephone and helpdesk requests, ensure all support requests are dealt with promptly and appropriately as well as installing, deploying and maintaining hardware and software to agreed company standards.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. Essential qualifications GCSE in: English (grade 4) Maths (grade 4) Let the company know about other relevant qualifications and industry experience you have.
