Job Description

You will be carrying out a range of moving, packaging and stock-taking roles and duties in a warehouse environment, including the use of warehouse systems and processes. You will learn how to order, maintain and despatch €˜special' equipment, and how to work effectively in a warehousing team, including when under pressure, and to agreed deadlines.

Training and Qualification

Work As an apprentice, you'll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You'll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff. What you'll do at work You will work towards gaining a Level 2 Supply Chain Warehouse Operative apprenticeship You will also work towards your level 1/2 Functional Skills certificates in English and Maths, if equivalent not already held All training will be carried out at your normal place of work, within your normal working hours You will be given 6 hours per week for your apprenticeship work Where you'll work Unit 1 The Monarch Centre Priorswood Industrial Estate Taunton TA2 8DE
