About Matrix Training

Banking & Financial Services sector in India has seen a tremendous growth since 2003, however skilled resources have not grown by the same quantum. Matrix Training was founded in 2006 by ex-bankers with an agenda to fill this skill gap by providing practical trainings through a team of expert trainers who have hands-on experience in the sector. ### Since inception we have provided varied services to our clients. Thus for institutions who already have an in-house training staff but are looking for a specific expertise that we carry, we conduct one-off or regular programs as part of a training calendar. We also help in bringing the in-house training team up the curve by conducting Train the Tr

ainer(TTT) programs. For some institutions we work as an outsourced (but integrated) training provider.
